Holistic Baby Sleep Approach

Evidence-based, Focuses on the Root Cause

Being A Mom Is Hard Work

Motherhood is exhausting...

Between the mental load and chronic sleep deprivation, it often feels like you’re just surviving. When your baby struggles to sleep, that burden only grows.

I help parents move past "survival mode" with gentle, holistic sleep plans that respect your baby’s needs and your sanity.

Mother And Infant

Cry-it -out or other behavioural methods don't teach babies to sleep; they just teach them to stop crying for help.

I believe sleep is a reflection, not a problem to be fixed.
I work holistically, looking beneath the surface at the many layers that shape sleep:
nervous system regulation, temperament, sensory needs, development, environment, connection, and the emotional world of both baby and parent.

A Different Way of Understanding Sleep
I support families using a Holistic method, an evidence-informed approach that views sleep as a biological and relational process, not a behaviour to be trained. It cannot be taught or forced - it emerges naturally when the body and nervous system feel safe, supported, and regulated.

Most sleep struggles are not a child's problem. They are a signal: something is interfering with the body’s natural rhythms. Ignoring these signals or applying cookie-cutter fixes may offer short-term results, but rarely lead to long-term rest.
I address the root causes of sleep challenges, integrating knowledge of biology, development, emotional needs, and lifestyle - for the entire family.
It is evidence-based, thoughtful, and compassionate.

It respects both modern research and our primal instincts.

How I Work
My work is gentle, personalised, and deeply respectful of biology.
I integrate routines and structure where they support regulation, while also looking far beyond them.
Together, we explore the full picture of your family’s sleep, including:

  • Pregnancy, birth, and postpartum experiences

  • Nervous system regulation and stress

  • Daily rhythms, movement, nutrition, hydration, and breath

  • Emotional connection, temperament, and development

  • Environment and family wellbeing

  • Medical factors that may impact sleep

Sleep improves when the whole system is supported.

FAQ Highlights

Do you do sleep training?

No. I never force, ignore, or “train” sleep. Sleep emerges naturally when the right foundations are in place.

Is nursing or co-sleeping a problem?

Absolutely not. Both are biologically normal ways to support regulation and connection. But we can work on gentle weaning support if it's developmentally appropriate and needed.

Will my baby ever sleep independently?

Yes. Independence emerges naturally with safety, connection, and nervous system maturity — it cannot be rushed.

How long does it take to see results?

Every child is unique, and so are the family dynamics. Some notice changes quickly; others take time. The focus is on long-term, sustainable sleep, not quick fixes.

Is this evidence-based?

Yes. The method integrates developmental neuroscience, physiology, attachment research, and holistic science.
